Alfa Controls was born in 2010 as a pioneering home automation project. Initially developed for its founder's residence, the solution evolved to become a robust automation platform, now applied in different residential, commercial, and institutional environments across various regions of Brazil.

Over the years, it has consolidated itself as a brand in constant evolution, seeking to unite technological innovation, energy efficiency, and reliability, always with the goal of simplifying people's lives and offering unique experiences of comfort, security, and practicality.

AlfaNet – The Proprietary Network

The heart of the system is AlfaNet, a proprietary communication network developed specifically for automation environments:

  • Unifilar multi-drop topology (only one data wire + GND)
  • 9-bit serial communication at 4800 bps, with TDMA for access control
  • Support for up to 254 devices on the same network
  • Range of up to 500 meters with adequate cabling
  • Simple installation and high immunity to electrical noise

This approach ensures low cabling cost, reliability, and scalability in residential, corporate, and institutional environments.
